Michel Chiche (Ambassador - Miami)
Pastry Chef Michel Chiche, a native of Nice, France, has dedicated 25 years of his life creating pastries, ice creams and candies. Throughout his career he has worked for 5-Star hotels and resorts such as The Beverly Hills Hotel in California, La Samanna Hotel in St. Martin, F.W.I. and the landmark hotel The Biltmore in Coral Gables, FL. He has also had the privilege to design pastries, desserts, sugar sculptures and chocolates for A-list celebrities such as Harrison Ford, Diana Ross, Steven Spielberg, President Clinton and King of Spain Juan Carlos.
Chef Michel studied at the Lenôtre Culinary School in France, the first international renowned gastronomy school and also had the opportunity to learn from many masters of culinary arts.
Today, he focuses on bringing a taste of his passion on the art of making ice cream with his well-balanced formulas and custom flavors to delight his clients everywhere.
