Our seminars provide attendees with three days of lecture and hands-on instruction in an intimate environment at the PreGel Professional Training Center (Concord, NC). Attendees will walk away with new recipes, skills and techniques.
All 2010 5-Star Pastry Series seminars have been approved by The American Culinary Federation (ACF) for Continuing Education Hours (CEHs). 2010 seminars attendees will earn ACF continuing education hours (CEHs) towards ACF initial and renewal certification.
All tools, equipment and ingredients for the seminars are provided. Schedules are unique to each seminar, however all classes promptly begin at 8:00 a.m. and generally finish around 5:00 p.m. Class size is limited to 16 attendees and advanced registration is required.
All program costs include your 5-Star Pastry Series seminar(s) of choice, breakfast, coffee and lunch, as well as, a welcome package, attendance to a free gelato seminar, cocktail reception at the PreGel facility and exposure to top industry chefs, companies and peer networks.

In the event of a cancellation, PreGel will either transfer the registration fee for registered attendee(s) to a future class or PreGel will refund the full registration fee to the registered attendee(s). PreGel is not responsible for any travel costs incurred due to class cancellations.
