5-Star Pastry Seminars & Schedules

The 5-Star Pastry Series offers ongoing continuing education seminars for culinary professionals. The seminars are presented by PreGel AMERICA and select internationally acclaimed chefs who are at the top of their craft. Seminars are 3-days long. Approved by The American Culinary Federation (ACF) for Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) seminars indicated with CEHs meet the ACF continuing education standards. Attendance at these seminars will earn ACF continuing education hours (CEHs) towards ACF initial and renewal certification.
